- To provide strategic leadership for the HR function and to lead the leadership team on a frequent basis to provide HR advice on a strategic, policy & practical basis and Set a clear direction for Culture shaping, Employee experience, HR Operations, enabling delivery of the HR plan
- Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
- Reporting performance to the CEO by using KPIs and business metrics
- Propose and act on initiatives for Employee Engagement , L&D etc.
- Re-engineer, define , implement processes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees, if applicable.
- Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
- Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
