HR Generalist for Operation (Night Shift)

Required Experience:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience

- Specialization in customer and Tech support

- Experience in handling HR onboarding, payroll etc is an added advantage

- Experience in IT recruitment can be considered

Responsibilities and Duties

- Should be willing to work for night shifts

- Handling payroll, onboarding, recruitment of employees

Qualifications

- Familiarity in using recruitment technology - ATS, Matching tools etc

- Experience of working with KPO/BPO firms or recruitment firms is preferred, Corporate recruitment experience is also welcome

- Ability to manage ambiguity
