Your role - Based on the business and people strategy, incumbent is responsible for managing day to day HR responsibilities from hire to retire process and support the business in all people related issues. - Ensure that the process&amp; policies that are implemented are in alignment with the parent company. Partner with line managers, be a trusted support in all HR related processes and personnel issues: - Recruitment of new employees and ensuring good recruitment processes, including psychometrical tests, reference checks, recommendations, contract management and on-boarding - Provide input on workforce planning, HR budget&amp; people review to the COO - Implement Performance management process and salary review process - Position evaluations using Hay Group methodology - Develop and implement plans for competence development and training - Support in Organization development initiatives - Understands people needs and issues andrecommend new HR policies and engagement practices in context to the Solar business - Prepare monthly MIS reports for employee database and HR index tracking reviews - Prepare &amp; process monthly payroll process - Administer time recording and leave management system - Compliance &amp; report to the local authorities relating to applicable labour laws (PF, Gratuity, ESI, etc.), maintenance of records under these regulations and be the contact person for local authorities on HR related issues - Cooperation and coordination with HR Head. Profile required - Preferably master degree in Business Administration with HR specialisation, HRM, personnel management or similar, from reputed institutes - 5-8 years of experience from a broad HR generalist/HRBP role. - Knowledge about Indian labour legislation and best practice - Good business understanding and commercial consciousness - Result-oriented personality who thinks in terms of solutions&amp; executes tasks well - Efficient team player and relationship builder - Enjoy working in a challenging and demanding international environment - Professional with high level of integrity and work ethics - High work capacity, ability of meeting deadlines, plan and structure the work and handling ad hoc requests - Excellent communication skills written and oral in English. - Preferably worked on HRMS system &amp; Proficient in MS Office .
