- Recruit for all roles at the organization, including technical, non technical, and managerial positions
- Develop job descriptions that are aligned, and consistent with job functions, qualifications, and compensation. Deploy talent programs in departments
- Manage the job requisition process; review applications for technical skills and/or qualifications; interview, assess, and evaluate candidates objectively
- Maintain the internal and external applicant tracking system to identify and recruit candidates, specifically as it relates to job postings, and appropriate dispositioning of candidates within the system
- Train managers on the talent acquisition process from generating position requisitions, to making offers, and the onboarding process
- Conduct pre-hire checks and guide hires through the pre-hire and onboarding process with employee, relevant departments and TM/ PMs; ensure candidates have the required skills to be successful in their role by coordinating new hire training as required
- Coordinate with appropriate advertising and recruitment agencies to best promote posted positions; plan, coordinate, and participate in recruiting events, both in-person and virtually
