HR GENARALIST
Responsible for Recruitment at all levels (i.e. from Technicians till Managers) as per the recruitment process.
1) This will include the entire recruitment process, i.e.
- Identification of consultants for different levels on a cost effective basis.
- Create job descriptions for all the positions.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Sourcing profiles from Job Portals
- Releasing Job Postings, Maintaining the Database.
- Identifying internal & External sources
2) Responsible for the Induction planning and execution of the new incumbent.
3) Execution of the Performance appraisal process and to ensure the timeliness and completion of the documentation of the performance mgmt process.
4) Responsible for successful rollout and implementation of the Training & Development activity.
- Identification of Training needs.
- Preparation of the functional & Behavioral training calendar
- Co-Ordinate for in-house and out bound training programs.
5) Other HR Activities
- Preparation of monthly HR Reports & organograms.
- Preparation of HR News letter
- Initiate and implement best HR practices within the plant.
- Preparation and review of SOP’s from time to time.
Educational Qualifications/Experience
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources with minimum of 5 to 8 years of work experience
- Excellent spoken & written communications skills.
- Good analytical & Negotiation skills.
- Working Knowledge on Ms-Office, SOP preparation & ERP.
