We have the following requirement in Goa :

HR Generalist

Candidate should have a full time MBA - HR with more than 5 years of experience.

Position is a Generalist profile

Role : Incumbent will handle the complete end to end Recruitment,Compensation Management, PMS, T&D, Employee Engagement, & Handling of Grievances for Quality function. Should be good in stake holder management

Should be excellent in communication, excel, word and power point.

Industry preference : Pharma, or other industries

Salary : Negotiable.
