Campus recruitment and On boarding

- To create an enriching experience for all Campus recruits during their first year/training period by giving them global and diverse experience across functions and businesses.

To manage entire life cycle of these Campus recruits.

- Candidate would be responsible for Pre-joining engagement, On-boarding & Induction.

- Mid year review & confirmation appraisal

- Stint Management

- Training & Development

- Identifying their training needs by interacting with the participants

- Organize training programs during induction, Mid Year Review, Confirmation appraisal

Candidate should be MBA from reputed Institute.
