Client based in Chennai from the Manufacturing domain looking to hire a HR Manager
Role
- Motivate human resource to meet production plan with optimum quality, reduce waste to increase profit of the organisation
Qualification
- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in HR or MSW
- Minimum of 10 years experience out of which at least 5 years should have been in Manufacturing industry.
Competencies
- Good knowledge in HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge in MS office.
- Good knowledge in Labour laws.
- Effective administration skills.
Responsibilities
With limited direction from Directors the candidate would be responsible for :
- Preparation of manpower planning..
- Recruitment, induction, compensation and benefits for employees.
- Create HR policy and ensure every employee is aware of it.
- Design process and formats for employee related activities.
- Coordinate with various departments head on planning and monitoring on the performance of every employee.
- Maintain all required data as per applicable labour laws.
- Be sensitive to people issue thus ensure excellent organization climate is created.
- Comply with all statutory requirements.
- Prepare and manage budget of the department
