HR Generalist - Manufacturing/Engineering Industry

HR Generalist

This is a full-time, Generalist role The day-to-day tasks including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment suppport, and asset managment.

Other responsibilities include managing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate HR records

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1) Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

2) Experience in employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and performance management

3) Experience in locating and managing travel desk related all task.

- Shall have strong

- Negotiation skill.

4) Shall be able to manage employee's medical benefits, expenses, attendance details, etc.

5) Shall have basic knowledge of inventory management software such as E-tally or SAP.

6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

8) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

9) Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

10) 5+ years of relevant experience preferred

11) Experience in high-tech manufacturing or engineering industry preferred

12) Professional admin certification preferred

Requirement & Qualifications:

Academics & Professional Qualifications Essential Preferable: Bachelor/Masters in Administrations OR equivalent

Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in administration profile, localization of resources, managing and ensuring utilities of factory facility such as water, electricity etc.

- Interpersonal & Communication skill for Kannada, Tamil, English & Hindi language.

- Must have worked on local resource arrangement such as transport, office setup material & maintaining record of inventory etc.

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Experience on e-tally, supply chain, purchase related discussion etc.

- Knowledge on industrial factory automation product will be preferred
