HR Generalist - IT/Tech/BFSI

We have this HR Generalist Opening with a Captive IT MNC in Insurance domain(BFSI) in Bangalore.

Desired Profile:

- Looking for a strong HR generalist with strategic HR experience and taking care of all HR generalist functions like HR BU partnering, Performance management, comp & ben, HR people initiatives, Employee Engagement, OD etc in a Captive unit.

- The person will be responsible for end to end HR Generalist responsiblilities at a Strategic Level.

- Looking for A successful HR professional, who has brought in new HR Initiatives in end to end HR Functions and succesfully excuted innovative process imrovements and changes to enable a better work environment.

- Looking for smart confident candidates with good educational background and a good MBA from a tier 2 or tier 3 institute(Mandatory)

- High Energy with good communication skills

Experience:

- 4 -5 years of Relevant HR Generalist/Business Partnering experience in an IT/Technology Captive Environment.
