EXPERIENCE IN AN IT STARTUP AND HR POLICY FORMULATION IS MANDATORY.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup environment or in a generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to HR in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional HR responsibilities.
- Adapt to the startup culture, showing flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
