HR Generalist - IT

Job Description:

We look for experienced Human Resource professional with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. That includes:

- Preferably Engineer/MCA and/or Master's degree in business administration with HR specialization from reputed institutes

- 5-8 years of experience from a broad HR generalist role and worked in IT industry and with automation

- Preferably experience from a dynamic, international and competence intensive environment

- Good business understanding and commercial consciousness

- Result-oriented personality who thinks in terms of solutions

- Efficient team player and relationship builder and having a good vendor network

- Professional with high level of integrity and work ethics

- Good judgement and ability of working independently as well as in teams

- Willing to travel to our remote locations for HR and labour compliance related matters with site employees and contractors.

- Excellent communication skills written and oral in English
