Job responsibilities:  - Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. Select qualified job applicants or refer them to senior managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.  - Preparation of Job description with the help of respective department head, posting vacancies, coordinating with placement consultants, short listing resumes, scheduling & arranging interviews, issuing of Offer / Appointment letters.  - Induction and orientation of newly joined employees. Identification of training needs; Training of staff/workers to create a sense of responsibility, work culture and ethics. Work on more than one HR project in parallel and handle all internal/external communication.  - Spearheading talent acquisition and employee relation activities; setting priorities for improving the competence of the work-force. Integrating competence growth with process improvement; establishing a culture of workforce excellence.  - Review employee's performance & decide on probation & confirmation status in consultation with respective HOD's.To coordinate for Competency Mapping and KRA analysis.  - Implementation and support of HR Policies, Grievances handling, termination, warning letters, disciplinary actions,employee welfare support activities and site manpower management  - Administration of HR activities like, MIS reports, Organizational charts, Performance Appraisal System, Monthly presentation etc  Desired Candidate Profile:  - The candidate must be an MBA- HR from premier management institutes with atleast 3 years HR-Generalist experiences in reputed global Software IT Companies.  - Excellent Interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.  - Excellent in Communication, Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills.  - Excellent business writing skills and thorough knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.  - Excellent in MS Office and knowledge of performance management and statutory guidelines.  - Should be highly professional and well versed with the business of the organization and its policies.  Job Location: IT Park, Baner in Pune.  Industry: Software- IT  Salary: As per company/industry standards.  The hiring company is a SEI CMM Level product engineering and IT Services organisation.
