- As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of people operations, including but not limited to identifying hiring needs and facilitating employee lifecycle management.

What you will do:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve employee relations issues

- Developing, implementing and streamlining HR policies that align with the firm's culture and values

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive relationships with external partners, such as recruiters, job boards, and universities

- Managing campus recruitment and internship initiatives to attract and recruit promising talent

What you need to have:

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
