- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results, Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis

- Hands on experience in entire HR gamut (Onboarding , Separation, PMS, Employee Engagement , Retention)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines. Onboarding and Offboarding activities for all employees joining/leaving the organization

- Employee Satisfaction Initiatives - Analysis of survey results, formulating actionable based on the same in consultation with business. Ensuring communication and implementation.
