HR Generalist - Healthcare

Currently working on a HR generalist role for a Healthcare Organization based in Mumbai. The person will handle generalist responsibilities starting from Talent Acquisition till the exit and would handle Mumbai, Gujarat & Goa region.

Role:

- Responsible for managing the end to end HR gamut of activities, i.e.:

- Talent Acquisition

- Performance Management

-Employee Engagement

- Rewards and Recognition

- Training and OD interventions

- Audits, Compliance

- Training & development.

Looking for MBA HR- Full time or part time preferably from Retail/ Telecom and Healthcare sector.
