- HR Partnering with the India Business Unit
- Proactive Talent Acquisition : candidates pipeline readiness for the key positions
- Drive the - India Performance Management System- for India in alignment with the Corporate HR timelines
- Drive the Capability Building agenda for India
- Develop an Employee Engagement program and follow the agreed Annual Calendar for India
- Align with the India on Reward & Recognition Program and drive locally
- Provide timely Payroll inputs to ensure timely salaries to employees of India and maintain statutory Compliances under the local legislations
- Drive and enable aligned CSR Initiatives for India
- Maintain and follow the Budgetary guidance in all HR expenses
- Drive any other Corporate HR program/ agenda for India
