- Drive employee advocacy with multiple stakeholders and act as a key pillar in building value-driven Organization culture.
- This role will play an important role in implementing and managing a diverse HR portfolio covering HR policies/procedures/rules/processes - talent acquisition & retention, effective Onboarding & Induction, OD & performance management, training & development, talent engagement & motivation, career development & succession, compensation & benefits, change management and handling complete employee life cycle (Hire to Retire). Responsible to assist in executing HR strategies across employee spread to create a positive culture & work environment so as to increase the productivity of employees to achieve business goals.
- Responsible for the continuous development of competencies of people, deliver local HR excellence services to mitigate risks, ensure compliance and facilitate operational excellence in sync with COE.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
- Partnering with stakeholders and providing consulting & coaching as appropriate to drive people's agenda.
- Collaborate with COE, Global HR colleagues, and multiple stakeholders to drive the HR agenda.
- Responsible to implement all HR policies/processes/systems/rules/SOP & code of conduct across the company.
- Facilitate to support & implement diversity, equality & inclusion drive in the company.
- Drive various QMS and TPM standards pertaining to HR in the organization.
Compensation & Benefit:
- To implement & support compensation & benefits policies/schemes and structures as per Global standards.
OD & PMS
- Design & suggest various OD initiatives that are leading to driving High performance and employer-of-choice work culture.
- Ensure organization goals are cascaded properly across the levels and leading to drive high performance and value-driven culture.
- Responsible to drive the end-to-end PMS cycle in the organization. Ensure performance discussions and feedback sessions are conducted. Ensure periodic & mid-year reviews are conducted.
- Review all the Job descriptions periodically.
Employee Experience:
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and COEs and drive employee engagement survey. Facilitate post-survey action plans.
- Drive reward & recognition schemes that encourage employees to demonstrate the right behaviour.
Others:
- Furnish various MIS which helps leaders to take people's decisions more accurately.
- Ensure data is updated electronically and in P-files. i.e. Joining, Probation, Performance, Transfer, etc.
- Ensure inputs for payroll & Insurance.
- Drive all the interphase pertaining to people policies & practices.
- Ensure off-boarding of the candidate in the system & facilitate exit interview
