HR Generalist - FMCG/Media Firm (6-15 yrs)

Role Overview: We are seeking an adaptable and seasoned HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, supporting multiple aspects of the employee lifecycle while partnering strategically with business leaders to drive organizational success. Your comprehensive understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance, coupled with your ability to build strong relationships, will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture and supporting the growth of our organization.

Please note: We are looking at Immediate Joiners/Candidates with 30 days or less of notice period.

Software Skill : SAP

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end HR operational activities, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and off-boarding processes.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, while proactively identifying areas for improvement.

- Conduct regular HR audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

- Support the performance management process, assisting in setting performance objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.

- Support employee engagement activities, and talent development programs.

- Act as a resource for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their objectives and providing strategic HR guidance aligned with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with management to assess HR needs, workforce planning, and succession planning.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and other HR systems.

- Partner with department heads to design and implement effective employee development and training initiatives.

- Drive change management efforts during periods of organizational transformation.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date with current laws and best practices.

- Communicate policy changes effectively to all employees, fostering transparency and understanding.

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering open communication and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.

- Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and fairness, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
