Qualification : MBA- with post qualification of 10 - 11yrs of experience ( 2002 or 2003 batch)

KEY RESULT AREAS:

HR Generalist ( Sr Management role )

- Handling entire Business support function.

- Strategic talent resourcing needs.

- Making improvement suggestions.

- Drive and implement HR initiatives.

- HR Management and Manpower Planning.

- Manpower Planning

- Manpower Cost Budgeting

- Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures .

-Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.

- Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.

- Ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and adherence to policies & processes across the employee life cycle.
