HR Generalist - Financial Technology Startup

- A Financial Technology start up in Mumbai is looking for a seasoned Generalist who could set up the entire HR function.

- This role would include recruitment, formulating and implementing HR policies, HR solutions, PMS, Comp & Ben, HR Operations and other functions.

- Candidates with 6-8 years of experience in Banking & Financial sector and can independently handle the role.

- MBA in HR is preferred.
