We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and comply with legal standards. Regularly review and update these policies to reflect the evolving needs of the organization and changes in the legal landscape.

- Employee Relations Management: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.

- Address grievances, mediate disputes, and work to resolve conflicts. Ensure a positive work environment that supports employee well-being and productivity.

- Performance Management: Design and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Work with managers to identify performance issues and develop improvement plans.

- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, integrating them into the company culture and processes.
