HR Generalist / HR Engagement Partner 2008 -2011 Batch Top B Schools

Brief Job Profile:

- Responsible for Induction,Workforce management, Talent Management, Performance and compensation management, HR automation, change management

Key Responsibilities :

- Represent the HR team for the business as well as be a consultant for the business, to the HR team.

- Engagement across different departments through a) periodic meetings with Business Heads & key stake-holders

- Plan & implement interventions as an outcome of the Employee Engagement Survey

- Plan & execute function-specific Engagement schedules d) Partner with business to resolve people issues and challenges

Play a key role in elements of Recruitment & Selection through :

- Interfaces with new joiners at all stages of On-boarding Process

- Recruitment Governance: Process compliance and audit, stakeholder management etc.

- Help attract and retain internal talent into the organisation thus fulfill more positions internally.

Drive the Performance Management process end-to-end through :

- Facilitating cascading of Key Performance Indicators & Unit Objectives

- Coaching managers on usage of tools & methods of conducting appraisal reviews

- Periodic audits & reviews of process effectiveness

Drive implementation of Learning & Development agenda with other HR Leads through :

- Ownership for Individual & Group Development Plans

- Implement role/position based learning plans

- Generate & maintain quality of MIS for Key Employee Metrics vital for Organizational Health such as Employee Attrition, Key Talent Retention, Internal Job Mobility, Hiring Effectiveness

- Ensure deployment of multiple HR interventions - new HR systems, policies, programs

- MBA from pedigree institutes with 5 - 8 years in HR post qualification

- Knowledge of FNA will be an added advantage

Comp range : upto 14 - 16 lacs
