HR Generalist - BFSI Sector

Urgent requirement for MALE CANDIDATE- HR Generalist Profile Only Banking Sector with one of the reputed Private sector Bank based out in Mumbai.

Following are the key pointers for the Job.

- Responsible for the HR delivery within the Wholesale Banking arena on a pan India basis.

- Responsible for carrying out the entire cycle of HR activities for the above functions like Recruitment, Compensation, learning & development, Employee Engagement and other initiatives.

- Responsible for maintaining / designing / modifying all the Dashboards for Talent Acquisition team across India and doing the analysis of all the MIS received from various categories on recruitment and advising accordingly.

- Redeployment of the HR resources as per the requirement.
