HR Generalist - BFSI/ITeS/Telecom

We at Corporate Search a niche boutique headhunting and talent hunt search firm since last 15 years have the foll requirement with Mnc Bpo clients in Mumbai.

MBA HR degree with 2 years full time from reputed HR Inst with 2-4 years of relevant experience as an HRBP/Generalist handling 100 + employees with exposure in Talent Acquisition ,Employee Engagement, PMS , Learning & Development & HRIS from MNC organizations preferably from service sectors like BFSI, Consulting, Telecom, Bpos, Kpos, ITES, Offshoring HR firms etc will be preferred from Navi Mumbai or Thane locations .

- Candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills – customer service orientation

- Proven in excellent delivery -passionate with a high drive and closure orientation.

- Extrovert personality learning mindset & comfortable with ambiguity
