Job Description :   Key responsibilities will include :   - Support employee life cycle processes (such as recruitment, on boarding, training & development, employee requests, performance management, reward strategy, exit management etc.) - end to end for the function/s aligned to.   - Work with the function/s aligned to, to help them achieve their strategic functional objectives, by implementing/partnering on a range of different interventions / initiatives.   - Work with centres of excellence (specialist HR teams) to help implement and support HR initiatives / programs such as salary benchmarking and role alignment, compensation review, employee satisfaction survey etc.   - Act as Change Agent in Managing Organisational Change where this relates to HR relate activities.   - Support staff on all HR issues   - Develop and manage a career planning framework   - Consult and advise managers on a range of HR issues   - Oversee Employee engagement, communication and Employee Programs as per need   - Support the Diversity Agenda across the organization through the following;   - Define metrics and measurements to monitor progress of this agenda against strategies and provide action-oriented insights.   - Work with cross functional teams to operationalize and execute initiatives under the Diversity Agenda.   - Continuously leverage research, best practices and resources, both external and internal to ensure that the strategy / agenda remains relevant   - Identify and manage key partnerships, sponsorships, and events to support various initiatives   - Represent Fidelity in various internal and external forums to talk about the India strategy   - Build an external brand and positioning on company being a high on diversity organisation.   Job Specifications :   Qualifications and Experience :   - A Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute   - 6-9 years of relevant experience with sufficient exposure in managing HR issues   - Experience in a multi-national company environment will be useful   Knowledge and Skills :   - Strong inter-personal and communication skills.   - Customer focussed and business oriented.   - Proactive, hands-on with a can-do approach.   - A positive, flexible and proactive approach.   - Creative and innovative orientation   - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
