- Implement the manpower plan created for the bank as per emerging talent requirements for current and future roles, ensuring optimum manpower costs in-line with the budget allocation

- Identify and interact with external channels and recruitment partners to provide an understanding of open position, and related skill requirements

- Schedule and conduct interviews for open positions and conduct reviews with business team to approve final recommendations and offers

- Drive the entire on-boarding and induction process of new employees and provide them support to settle down into the organization

- Effectively run a referral program to hire like- minded people and thus keeping the employees motivated in-line with larger vision of the bank

- Talent and Performance Management Process

- Drive the annual performance appraisal process as per defined timelines

- Facilitate the creation of goal sheets and performance reviews

- Assist the Head HR to conduct performance rating normalization and communicate final ratings to the respective employee

- Communicate annual increment decisions to employees

- Identify the training needs and draw a detailed framework for the training programs of the bank

- Implement the reward and recognition program to build a conducive work environment

Training and Development activities:

- Gain a thorough understanding of employee training needs by conducting surveys

- Schedule and organize workshops as per defined L&D plan

- Work with the L&D/related teams to customize existing training program architecture to suit business needs

- Collect feedback on training programs and provide inputs to L&D / related team in order to improve the content being covered

Payroll Process:

- Manage vendors to establish payroll processes in the bank

- Provide the payroll processing vendors with timely data on monthly employee pay-outs

- Maintain adherence to necessary Govt. of India and internal compliance and regulatory guidelines

- Finalize & implement payroll & HR related systems

Employee Life Cycle Management:

- Report/ escalate disciplinary activities of employee misconduct

- Execute the separation (termination / resignation) process for employees in a smooth and convenient manner

- Ensure implementation of all statutory compliances related to human resources and address queries where applicable

- Implement ER framework and employee engagement initiatives

- Maintain leave and attendance records for all employees

Design people processes and organizational culture:

- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations

- Budget control

- Conduct surveys across all employee levels including business leaders on an ongoing basis to understand emerging requirements related to people and processes that align with future growth aspirations of the business

- Ensure adherence to allocated budget across various interventions

- Manage all HR processes, cutting across talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and other systems that impact the employee lifecycle
