HR Generalist - BFSI

Looking for an HR Generalist for a Financial Services/ NBFC to be based in Delhi.

The position would be reporting directly to the VP- HR.Responsible for managing the end to end HR gamut of activities i.e.:

- Talent Acquisition

- Performance Management

- Employee Engagement

- Rewards and Recognition

- Training and OD interventions

- Audits, Compliance.
