HR Generalist
Looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of HR Generalist role for Mumbai Location (Bandra BKC)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition
- HR operation
- Maintain employee files
- Assist staff for taking benefits of Mediclaim.
- Handled Travel desk ; Flight & Hotel booking etc.
- Organize employee engagement activities/events
- Preparing MIS reports related to HR activities
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication Skills
- Drive & passion to take up challenges.
- Excellent knowledge of Computers software like M.S Office and other HR software
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Any Graduate + MBA - HR ( preferred)
Experience:
- 3 Years of relevant experience in similar role
