The requirement is for our client which is a leading private sector bank in India

The following are the details of the opening.

Experience: 1- 4 yrs

MBA from a Top Business School is must

Position: HR Generalist

Grade : Manager/ Sr.Manager /Chief Manager

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Salary: Will be offered based on the current CTC

Reporting to: Sr. VP HR

Job Profile:

- To ensure all recruitment being done timely in the assigned region.

- To ensure appropriate hiring mix of Employee referral/Campus/Consultant/Direct as sources of channel.

- To ensure all back end Hiring Operations are handled efficiently including background verification and Pre-employment reference checks.

- Partnering with business

- Responsible for Internal job posting & referral programs

- Counseling non-performing employees and co-opting with senior managers in monitoring their performance

- Regular visits to branch offices to ensure better employee dynamics, understanding their grievance and other query handling

- Hand holding and supervising probationary employees whose probation period has been extended due to under performance
