Urgent requirement:  HR Generalist with 6-8yrs exp with strong IR experience. Preferably from the automotive industry.   CTC: 8-10lacs max  Location: Bangalore  Plan, develop and implement a strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues.  - Forecasting talent acquisition   - Overlooking compensation  - Reviewing the hierarchies of the company at all levels.  - Reviewing appraisal process  - Managing staff handling payroll for the organization  - Managing the IR responsibilities thus ensuring that the compliances are met by the organization  IR Responsibilities :   - Ensuring timely initiation and proper compliance with statutory requirements under various labor laws  - Recruiting of workmen as per the selection procedure specified [such as factory requirement as confirmed by MANAGEMENT, background clearance, skills test & confirmation]   - Ensuring disbursement of statutory minimum wages, and review of skill grades and wage rates if warranted  - Overtime and earnings of all workmen in the Factory
