Executive - HR

Location - Mahape

Responsibilities -

- Sourcing and scheduling candidates for interviews

- Maintain and updation of complete MIS - Leave, attendance, HRIS

- HR Analytics

- Day to Day activities

- Single point of contact for all HR related back end co-ordination activities - Induction, confirmation, separations, events etc.

The candidate would have the opportunity to also engage in other HR functions depending on individual capability.

Desired candidate profile -

- Good analytical, Interpersonal and communication skills are a must for this role.

- Should have knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances

- Self starter with high degree of intrinsic motivation

- Go getter

- Forward Thinker

- Rational and logical

- Level headed

Experience - Post MBA/PGDBM-HR, 0-2 years of experience.
