(S)he performs HR related duties at the professional level, while carrying out responsibilities in one or more sub-functional areas as below: -

- Workforce Planning & Acquisition

- Recruitment lifecycle

- Talent consulting for staffing assignments

- HR Operations hire to retire

- Employee engagement (Partly)

(S)he may carry out additional responsibilities to include special initiatives / projects in the areas of as: -

- Talent Branding

- HR Automation

You will be a -

- MBA with 2-4 years of hands on experience in recruitment function from an IT product/services company

- Good understanding on multiple Technology stack hiring
