Handling induction for New Hires
Providing Support for HR Compliance
Periodic Communication of policies & benefit programs to employees & single point of contact for employee queries.
Administering Periodic employee engagement surveys
Assisting in deployment of global HR Tools
Tracking HR budget and monthly reporting
Managing ongoing relationship with external vendors for off-roll employees
Salary offered: 8 - 9 LPA
