- Implementing HR /Admin/IR Policies &amp; procedures in line with core organizational objectives in consultation with HODs/Works Head/HR Corporate. - Employee engagement/Employee relation. - Change management - LTS &amp; Capability management. - HRBP Sales for East region. - Effectively managing welfare measures, employee get together, team building, sport activities to enhance motivation levels &amp; productivity of the organization. - Establishing two ways formal as well as informal internal communication channels to bring transparency in Industrial relation system and sustaining industrial peace by implementing IR Policies in long and short-term interest of the organization. - Negotiating and amicably settling disputes arising by workmen and local association/union related to personal disputes, Wages Settlement, discipline, behavior, transportation etc - Employee Welfare Policy, CSR activities, Employee Benefit Schemes, roll out of existing policies at plant. - Management of Contract Labour, Time Office, salary &amp; wages administration and additionally managing IR &amp; Statutory Compliance.
