- Identification of key HR due diligence issues in M&A transaction with minimal senior manager supervision.
- Preparation of HR due diligence reports.
- Participation in preparing proposals / business development activities.
- Leading on-ground due diligence teams and first point of contact for the client.
- Contributing towards practice development initiative, if possible - sales, people, solution development etc.
- Enhancing the portfolio of present HR service offerings
