About our Client : A leading pharmaceutical MNC.

- Purpose of the role: Oversees the full scope of human resources. Directs staff in the areas of: organizational structure, employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/training/development, and policy/procedure development

Major KRA's:

- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues

- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications

- Establishing a strong employee connect so as to effectively manage employee relations and handle any grievances

- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations.

Manage sales force unions if required

The Ideal Candidate:

- Should have an experience of 12-15 years of experience from premier B-Schools and should be working as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner. Exposure to managing unions is desired. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of success will be a key determinant in identifying the suitable candidate for this role.
