DESCRIPTION : - The role involves integrating completely with the employee eco-system, the major portion of the responsibility will revolve around - Performance Management work. - Working with colleagues/employees at any/all levels in their respective areas od expertise, for instance Managers and Directors in their respective areas like Sales, Delivery, Training ect - Defining, crafting and setting-up performance metrics. Expert in defining and implementing KRAs/KPIs for IT services company. - Based on Performance identifying and defining the kind/type of incentives to be provided. - Incentives for good work, great work ect. - Performance improvement plan (PIP) for non-performers to improve. - Formulation and standardization of POA when PIP fails. - Employee retention. This forms the core of the job - other responsibilities are secondary and will have to be discussed, but the selection criteria of a potential applicant will be based on the experience he/she carries in the parameters listed above.
