HR Director - IT/ITeS

Looking for a Director HR for a well known MNC - setting up their Technology Shared services center in Pune

Must Have

- 12-18 yrs experience in HR - across HR functions (Operations, Acquisition, L&D ) primarily in the IT, ITES space

- Currently in Pune or can relocate to Pune at the earliest

- S/he should currently be in a role managing HR for 3000+ employee group

- Ability to manage a team for volume hiring

- Adept at managing HR operations - help grow the center from scratch as an independent HR leader

- Process oriented, highly analytical, can work with Global teams

- MBA HR
