Key Responsibilities :
- Head the overall Human Resources function for the organization including, but not limited to HR Operations, Learning interventions, Employee Relations/Engagement, Talent Management etc
- Drive the HR Strategy and People plan for the Organization
- Align HR Strategy to Business Goals
- Employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction Surveys and action plans
- Policy/ Process implementation & governance
Desired Profile :
- 14+ years experience, specifically in the IT Services industry with medium to large organizations.
- Strong domain expertise, especially in areas of Operations, L&D, Statutory compliances, Employee Relations/ Engagement, Business Partnering, etc
- Exceptional relationship building & influencing skills and experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to drive strategy to achieve Business goals.
- Experience in managing large teams
- Experience in managing HR for US/ Europe markets will be highly preferred
- Aggressive, go-getter and ability to manage ambiguity.
