- Should have worked with large MNC / Indian organisations. Service/ IT/ITES/Telecom.

- The person should be a HR Generalist having OD/ Talent Management/ Soft Skills Trg experience.

- The organisation is flexible on the reportees and would depend on the candidate.

- The office timings are 12 pm – 9pm as they service US clients
