Job Title : Director HR ( Position will report to VP – HR and VP – Business Operations ( Hyderabad ) )

Experience : 12 yrs - 20 yrs.

Location : Hyderabad Only.

Field : Human Resources.

Industry : BPO.

Gender : Women Candidates Only.

Shift : 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM ( IST )

Mandates :

- Should have worked in BPO companies for atleast 5 years (definitely only from 3rd party / captive BPO’s) and Should have worked in US shift timing

Description:

- This person will be a HR generalist – will be responsible for end to end HR activities in the Hyderabad Centre. Hyderabad centre is around 500 people as of now and will grow very aggressively in the next 4 – 5 months.

- Person with exposure to HR Employee Engagement activities, HR business partner activities while being closely attached to the business - will be an ideal candidate.

- This person will manage HR Operations / HR Analytics / HR employee engagement / Employee Relations, etc. for the Hyderabad centre
