HR Digital Transformation Role

A Full time MBA/B.tech required.

Job Responsibilities

- Heading digital transformation projects with new age HR Skills focusing on high quality deliverables driving the scope, timeline and budgetery targets.

- Design and execution of HR transformation projects leading to operational efficiencies and employee experience.

- Project Management - Technical Evaluation, Project Tracking, Value Realization.

- Manage change management deliverables including change plan, training, communication.

- Hands-on experience of HRMS, SAP/PeopleSTrong/Any other such platform.

Competencies / Skills:

- Skilled in HR Cloud Applications, IT Platforms, Agile Technology and Project Management.

- Strong analytical skills and progressive mindset
