Manager- HR Data & Reporting role for an ITES setup based in Pune.
Job Role:
- Manage the HR Data and Reporting Team, ensuring the production of key management information to relevant stakeholders
- Manage both Global requirements as well as Local Market reporting requirements
- Stakeholder management of all key stakeholders. Interacting with stakeholders in all markets to agree the scope of services, SLAs and governance process.
- Manage continuous process improvement on the data and reporting activity, making the processes more efficient and effective
- Manage all the recruitment related activities for HR Reporting and ensure that right skilled people are recruited into the team
- Manage delivery of dashboards for KPI's and SLA's monitoring services delivered by HRSSC.
