HR Data Management Lead - Investment Bank

We have a VP role with one of the Investment Bank in Chennai

Role - HR Data Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of business data change activities, including stakeholder engagement, selling the vision and business case for change for Projects

- Lead the creation and deployment of business change materials, including training, communications, processes, job role changes to embed HR Data Management Standards

- Involved in reviewing data related Projects initiatives with stakeholders, building and then mobilizing target operating model, training and taking business and technology through change, ensuring business readiness, from definition and release planning to delivery

- Lead Data Management Analysts to design and deliver data management activities aligned to the HR Strategy and business case for change

- Ensure data quality activities are prioritized through tasks such as creating, maintaining, analyzing and correcting data, resolving data issues, monitoring usage and reporting on quality metrics

- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Skills:

- Track record of delivering change projects and oversight of multiple resources

- Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and key performance measurement design

- Knowledge of Data Governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of ideally HR data or Enterprise data assets

- Cross-functional collaborative working to achieve common objectives and the ability to lead, manage and work well with a range of individuals

- Experience of business analysis and Lean methodology generating pragmatic and creative solutions

- Knowledge and a track record of successfully managing IT development implementations or change management or operational improvement projects

- Proven ability to analyse and make use of data
