The role is with a boutique HR Consulting Firm focussed specifically on Psychometric assessments, people development assignments

Role entails

1. Consulting assignments ( Training facilitation, program design to execution), Coaching etc.

2. Research & thought papers in the HR-human development

3. Account management and new business development

The role can be based out of Mumbai or Chennai
