HR Consulting - People & Change

PricewaterhouseCoopers Kuwait is seeking experienced HR consulting professionals for its People & Change (i.e. HR Consulting) Advisory practice.

Who are we looking for?

- MBA preferably with HR specialization from any of the premier B-schools

- 3-8 years of HR consulting experience preferably with the HR consulting practices of Big 4/Aon Hewitt/ Mercer/ Towers Watson/ Hay etc.

- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work under pressure

- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills.

What will be your role?

- Depending upon areas of expertise and experience in a specific area you could be leading a HR consulting engagement or working as a module lead of a large transformation assignment or work as a part of a larger team on specific HR solution areas

- Typical consulting engagements are spread across HR strategy, Organization Structure, Job Evaluation, HR BPR, Compensation & Benefits structuring,

- Performance Management including Balanced Scorecard, Competency Development and Assessment Centers, Career & Succession Management,Change Management etc.
