Project Description : Automating panel selection & interview scheduling process, aimed at Transforming lateral hiring experience

- Increased the adoption of tool from 9% to 45% using various Change Management Initiatives

- Improved Panel Engagement by 35% by effective Stakeholder Management

- Achieved a 54% shift in the total number of interviews now being conducted using tool

- Defined Key Performance Indicators to help track and measure the adoption of the tool at various stages of the program

- Formulated a - Panelist Performance Score basis the KPIs to create a Change Agent Network and also to track Panel Performance
