HR Consultant - Talent & Org Performance

POSITION : CONSULTANT (4-8 yrs) – Talent & Organisation Performance

Role Description -

The role involves creating and implementing strategies to solve human resources, workforce and culture change issues crucial to our clients' operational success.

Responsibilities

- Project management/ delivery – generating hypothesis, solution design, resource management, client management, project profitability, invoicing, collections etc.

- Supporting business development through growing existing client accounts and supporting new client acquisition process

- Project team management – providing mentorship, coaching and guidance to team members

- Contributing to the firm’s thought leadership

The role is broad based and expected to work across all our consulting service lines. The role holder may also be required to support and/or anchor international projects from time to time

Desired Candidate –

- MBA from a Tier 1 B schools only with specialization in Human Resources, General Management or Organizational Behavior

- 4 to 8 years of experience in the top consulting firms in Change Management, organizational strategy, HR transformation related projects.

- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Should be able to work in a team and should be able to work in a distributed delivery environment.
