- He/She will be designing, conceptualizing and implementing human resource initiatives to support key business goals and strategies within their assigned business group. He/She will be working with the business managers across multiple business groups to understand their priorities and work with HR team to provide suitable interventions thereby enhancing success of the business especially from a People perspective

Candidates with strong academic credentials and good communication skills would act as an advantage.
